  2. No cancellation or amendment allowed once the booking is confirmed.
  3. The staycation package must be booked at least five (5) days ahead of time.
  4. Room rates are inclusive of Penang Hotel Fee of RM3.00 as of 1 July 2022.
  5. Subject to closed-out dates, pricing rules by lead times and restriction of minimum night’s stay.
