When it comes to maintaining a fit and healthy physique, consistency is key. Get into your workout attire and head over to the O2 Gym that is equipped with cardiovascular and stamina building exercise machines to help you maintain your daily fitness regime. The O2 Gym is strategically located beside the main adult swimming pool in case you want to combine your workout with a good swim. You may also choose to adjourn to the sauna located nearby as it is known to aid muscle recovery.
